Tabi Suru coffee mild type is

made by washing and polishing coffee beans

with spring water from Mt. Fuji

and roasted using heated steam.

The coffee we use is

100% top class specialty coffee.

Using Brazil beans as a base,

we make blends using beans from

Tanzania, Myanmar,

East Timon, and more. 

By washing and polishing the raw beans,

the flavor becomes more vivid,

and by roasting with heated steam,

the finish becomes more mellow.

Very high-quality original blends

blessing (spring water).

It can be served hot as is,

but it can also be made

into delicious iced coffee

by brewing it a little stronger and

cooling it rapidly in a glass with ice!

Specialty coffee is a kind of high-quality coffee

distributed worldwide that is considered

to be in the top 5% of quality.

Tabi Suru Coffee is more than

just a blend of fine specialty coffees!

In line with the SDGs,

around half of our specialty coffee

supports animal protection and fair trade.

Regarding animal protection,

the coffee beans are produced

by the Jane Goodall Institute,

which protects chimpanzees and

the forests where they live in Tanzania.

The coffee beans grown in Myanmar,

East Timor, and more are purchased

under the framework of fair trade.

(Myanmar and East Timor are

also hidden coffee-producing regions

that produce some of the best coffee

to those in the know.)

We have donated a refinery

to Myanmar to encourage continued business

and the production of higher quality coffee.

*In developing countries,

it is common for farmers to selltheir cherries

to buyers who come around by truck,

but this pattern often results in the cherries being bought out,

and the farmer's actual profit does not increase. 

Having a refinery in their own village allows them

to ship processed products, which adds significant value.

In fact, the income of coffee farmers

in Myaenikon Village, Shan State,

where the refinery was donated,

has tripled since the refinery began operations.
